Terms and Conditions

1. About this service

Online rehabilitation and strength coaching is provided by Bradley Ingram. I trade under my own name.

Regulation

  • United Kingdom: I am a chiropractor registered with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC registration number 06088) and a member of the British Chiropractic Association. I work to the GCC Code and its standards of proficiency and conduct.
  • Australia: I am in the process of registering with the Chiropractic Board of Australia through AHPRA. I do not hold Australian registration at the date of these terms, and nothing on this site should be read as a claim that I do. When registration is in place, these terms will be updated and the Board's Code of Conduct will apply alongside the GCC Code.

By applying, booking a call or starting a programme you agree to these terms.

2. What the service is, and what it is not

  • The service is remote assessment, programming and coaching, delivered through video calls, an online coaching platform and messaging.
  • It is not hands-on treatment. Nothing is done in person unless separately agreed.
  • It is not emergency care and not a substitute for in-person medical assessment where that is needed. If I believe your case needs in-person examination, imaging or another professional, I will tell you and, where appropriate, decline or pause coaching.
  • An online assessment has limits. My advice is based on what you tell me and what I can see on video. You are responsible for giving accurate and complete information and for telling me about any change in your health, medication or symptoms.
  • If you are serving, this service sits alongside, not in place of, any care or restrictions set by your unit medical centre or a military healthcare professional. You are responsible for telling me about any current medical downgrade, restriction or treatment plan.

3. Application and case review call

  • Submitting the application form does not create a contract and does not guarantee a call.
  • The case review call is free and carries no obligation on either side.
  • I may decline to work with anyone at my discretion, and will say so plainly.

4. Programmes and fees

Reset

  • Reset is a defined three-month block of work. The fee, what is included and any payment options are set out in your offer document, which forms part of these terms.
  • The block begins on the date of the first assessment call, or an agreed start date, whichever is later.
  • The fee is for the block as a whole and is payable before the block begins, unless a split payment is agreed in writing. Where a split is agreed, all instalments remain payable in full regardless of whether you complete the block.

Rebuild

  • Rebuild is a rolling monthly programme that follows Reset. The monthly fee is set out in your offer document.
  • It is billed monthly in advance on the same date each month. You may cancel at any time by email; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month. No pro-rata refund is made for a part month.

Founding client arrangements

Where a reduced fee is agreed in exchange for metrics, a case study or a testimonial, that exchange is set out in writing before you start and forms part of your contract. If you later withdraw consent for the case study or testimonial, the reduced fee is not retrospectively increased, but content already published may be removed at my discretion.

General

  • All fees are in pounds sterling. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice, and a change never affects a block or month already paid for.
  • Fees are not refundable once a block or month has started, except where I end the contract under section 8 or where the law requires a refund.
  • I am not an insurance provider. I can supply receipts and, where appropriate, a summary of your record to support a claim. Whether a policy covers online coaching is between you and the insurer.

5. Calls, check-ins and your part

  • Calls are scheduled by agreement. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to move a call. A call missed without notice counts as delivered. I will move calls where operational commitments, exercise or deployment make notice impossible, as far as I reasonably can.
  • Calls not used within the block or month are not carried forward or refunded unless agreed in writing.
  • The programme works if you do it. You agree to follow the programme as prescribed, to complete the weekly check-in, and to tell me promptly if something hurts, gets worse or stops you training.
  • You are responsible for training safely: suitable equipment, a suitable environment, and stopping if something is wrong. If you are unsure whether a movement is safe for you, stop and ask before continuing.

6. Health, safety and informed consent

  • Before coaching begins you will complete a health and injury questionnaire. Coaching starts only once I have reviewed it.
  • Exercise carries risk, including the risk of aggravating an existing injury. I will explain the approach and the risks relevant to you, and by starting the programme you confirm you understand and accept them.
  • Tell me before starting, and at any point after, if you are pregnant, have a serious medical condition, are under the care of another practitioner, or have been told by a doctor to restrict or stop training. I may need to adjust or pause the programme.
  • Seek urgent medical attention for chest pain, sudden severe pain, loss of bladder or bowel control, numbness in the saddle area, progressive weakness or any symptom you think may be serious. Do not wait for a check-in or a reply from me.

7. Confidentiality and records

Your information is handled as set out in the privacy policy. I keep a record of assessments, programmes and communications in Cliniko, a practice management system used by registered practitioners in the UK and Australia, for 8 years from your last contact. I will not contact your unit, chain of command or medical centre without your agreement unless required by law.

8. Ending the contract

  • You may end Rebuild at any time as set out in section 4. Reset is a fixed block and ends on completion.
  • I may end the contract immediately in cases of abusive, threatening or inappropriate conduct, or where continuing would not be clinically appropriate or safe. Where I end the contract for clinical reasons, unused whole months of Reset or Rebuild are refunded.
  • If I am unable to deliver the service for reasons within my control, you will be offered the option of a pause or a refund for the undelivered part.

9. Use of artificial intelligence tools

I use AI tools for administration, drafting and content, with the safeguards set out in the privacy policy. No identifiable health data is entered into general-purpose AI tools. AI tools do not make clinical decisions about your case; I do. If I intend to use an AI note-taker on a call, I will tell you first and you may decline.

10. Photography, video, social media and case studies

  • Anything in which you are identifiable is used only with your prior written consent, as set out in the privacy policy.
  • Videos you send me for assessment are used for that purpose only, and are not published unless you separately agree.
  • Testimonials and case studies are published as agreed in writing. You may withdraw consent at any time by email and I will remove the content from channels I control.
  • If you are serving, you are responsible for checking any rules that apply to you before appearing in public content.
  • I ask that you do not record calls without telling me, and that you do not share programme content, call recordings or messages publicly. The programmes and materials are for your personal use.

11. Intellectual property

Programmes, assessment frameworks, templates, written material and content remain my property. You may use them for your own training during and after coaching. You may not copy, sell, distribute or use them to coach others without written permission.

12. Liability

  • I carry professional indemnity insurance in line with GCC requirements.
  • I am not liable for injury or loss arising from exercise performed other than as prescribed, from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide, from failure to seek medical attention when advised, or from the acts of third-party platforms.
  • I am not liable for events outside my reasonable control.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Website

Content on this website is general information and not individual clinical advice. Do not delay seeking professional advice because of anything you read here. Content, images and copy on the site are my property and may not be reproduced without permission.

14. Complaints

Email [email protected] first so I can try to put it right directly. If your complaint concerns my professional conduct and cannot be resolved between us, you may contact the General Chiropractic Council at gcc-uk.org. Once I am registered in Australia, complaints from Australian clients may also be made to AHPRA at ahpra.gov.au or, in Queensland, the Office of the Health Ombudsman.

15. Governing law

If you live in the United Kingdom, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Australia, these terms are governed by the laws of Queensland and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland. For anyone else, the laws of England and Wales apply. Nothing in this clause removes any rights you have under consumer law in the country where you live.

16. Changes

I may update these terms. The current version is always at bradleyingram.com with the date shown above. Changes do not affect a block or month already paid for.
